What Is the Pigskin Party?
The Pigskin Party is a knit, crochet, weaving and spin along hosted in the Down Cellar Studio Podcast Ravelry Group that runs during the NFL football season. How do you play?
Work on your favorite fiber crafts from September 9, 2021 until February 14, 2022. For each project you finish, you’ll score touchdowns (for every 100 yards) and field goals (for anything less than 100 yards) which earn you points. For every 100 points, you earn 1 entry towards the grand prize drawings. You can also increase your score by using products from our awesome sponsors or meeting other challenges.
This make-along is what you make it. Want to rack up the points, meet all the challenges and be entered to win in every contest? Do it. Want something laid back? A place to chat with your friends, share your projects and get some help along the way? Great! Either way- we’re the group for you.

- Teams: Those who sign up before 9/1 will be assigned to a Team as quickly as we can. We will announce them in Jen’s Instagram feed and in the Ravelry Group. Those who sign-up after the KAL starts up will be assigned to a team within approximately 1 week. We do our best to get you sorted as quickly as we can. In the meantime, come chat in the monthly huddle thread & post on Instagram.
