This fun pattern is a twist on my basic jar cozy (available for free on Ravelry as the Ball Band). It uses the same construction method but adds in some fun pops of color and texture. It does include some more intermediate techniques to produce the crocheted “knit” stitch which is worked into the third loop of the hdc- but never fear, I have a photo tutorial available at the end of the pattern to show you where to find that third loop.
Sizing
The cozy pattern is written for 2 sizes of Wide Mouth Ball Jars:
- 24 oz (Pint & a Half) Wide Mouth Ball Jar (6.88 in tall x 3.5 in outside diameter)

Notes
- This pattern is worked in a continuous round. No need to slip stitch or chain 1 to start the next round.
- The pattern is written not charted and is formatted in a table which lists the round number, color used in that round, instructions, a checkbox to and stitch count at the end of the round.
