On a Happy Note
- The boot is off and my Achilles is healing well. I’ve had two PT sessions. I’m doing exercise to regain balance and overall strength in my left leg and to release some of the tightness in my hips. Probably have another 3-5 weeks to go before I can resume normal exercise.
