Life in Focus
2019 goals- 10 patterns + Build Muscle
- #30x30stopstroke challenge going well. I’ve exercised 30 minutes a day everyday this month!
- Design- I’ve been experimenting with a new shawl shape that was giving me fits. Then I stopped and focused on my goal–10 patterns. Not specific patterns. And I asked myself what if this was easy? That flipped the switch and now I’m swatching a new idea I’m psyched about. Why make it hard?! It’s not necessary!
