Hi Jen –
Ugh! The peeing in the night! We almost always have had small tents, but if we ever use our big tent again, I am going to bring a bucket inside! A friend had told me that’s what they used when their kids were younger. Now WE need it when WE are older.
I need to relisten to the segment when you talked about the hammock, I think I was falling asleep….(thanks for that help!). I’m not an expert in this area, but I think you should check into hammock over or under quilts. When you sleep in a hammock, the insulation gets smooshed so you get colder. With insulation on the outside, it will help!
Doh! I thought this was the episode I was listening to, but I guess it was 218.
OMG. How did I not know about Scratch Supply Co? We were just though there this summer after visiting relatives. Well, I hope we go again.
And there’s always the strategy that this woman supposedly used to avoid bathroom breaks. Wow. That was a long time ago! https://www.biography.com/news/lisa-nowak-lucy-in-the-sky
